Pogo, Nick and Sonic are the three Indian kids' channels behind the cartoons most children here grow up with: Chhota Bheem and Little Singham on Pogo, Motu Patlu and Shiva on Nick, and comedy shows such as Rudra and Golmaal Jr. on Sonic. All three run separate language feeds, so the same episode can play in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and more. This guide lists every feed we carry live, what each channel is known for, and a few practical tips for parents.

Pogo: home of Chhota Bheem
Pogo has been on air since 1 January 2004 and is the sister channel of Cartoon Network, run by Warner Bros. Discovery India. Its biggest name is Chhota Bheem, the boy from Dholakpur with a weakness for laddoos. The show has been the channel's anchor for years, and in 2023 Pogo built a mini-series around him, The Big Picture, released in six languages.
The other big draw is Little Singham, the cartoon spin-off of Rohit Shetty's cop films. It moved to Pogo from Discovery Kids in December 2022, and Pogo later added Baby Little Singham.
Languages: Pogo started with Hindi and Tamil and added a Telugu feed in late 2021. Pogo's own YouTube channel also lists Kannada and Malayalam. We carry Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and Marathi.
Nick, Nick HD+ and Nick Jr.
Nick India has been on air since 1999 and is now run by JioStar, which licenses the Nickelodeon brand. It is the channel of Motu Patlu, on air since 2012, the two friends from Furfuri Nagar whose love of samosas gets them into trouble every episode. Shiva, the cycle-riding boy hero from Vedas City, and Chikoo Aur Bunty, the bickering siblings, are the other homegrown favourites.
Languages: Nick runs feeds in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali and Marathi; most of the regional tracks were added in 2018 and 2019. All seven feeds are on our live list.
Nick HD+ is the HD channel of the family, in English. According to Wikipedia, since June 2026 it carries the same schedule as the regular Nick channel instead of a separate line-up.
Nick Jr. is the preschool channel, with gentler, slower shows for the youngest viewers. We carry it in English and Hindi.
Sonic: comedy and action
Sonic launched in December 2011 as Sonic Nickelodeon, was renamed Nickelodeon Sonic in 2016 and has gone simply by Sonic since 2025. It is part of the same JioStar kids family as Nick, and since 2016 it has leaned towards comedy for children aged about 4 to 14.
Its best-known shows are Rudra: Boom Chik Chik Boom, about a boy magician, and Golmaal Jr., the animated spin-off of the Golmaal films, which premiered on the channel in 2019. The newest homegrown show is Bittu Bahanebaaz, about a 10-year-old who talks his way out of every scrape; it launched on 12 May 2025 and airs daily at 12:30 PM, with episodes also on JioHotstar.
Languages: Sonic launched in Hindi, English and Tamil and added Bengali, Malayalam, Marathi and Kannada feeds in December 2019; a Telugu feed is listed too. We carry Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali and Marathi.
Tips for parents
- Pick the home language. The same show plays on several feeds, so a child can watch Motu Patlu or Chhota Bheem in Tamil, Telugu or Bengali instead of Hindi.
- Match the channel to the age. Nick Jr. is made for preschoolers; Pogo, Nick and Sonic aim at school-age children, and Sonic's slapstick and action suit older kids best.
- Watch one episode together. Ten minutes alongside a child tells you more about a show than any listing.
- Check the time slot. Popular shows repeat several times a day, so a missed episode usually comes back later.
