Nickelodeon Jr.

Nickelodeon Jr., better known as Nick Jr., is the preschool channel of Nickelodeon India, now owned by JioStar. It launched at the end of 2012, first sharing airtime with a TeenNick evening block before becoming a full 24-hour preschool channel in 2017. This feed carries Hindi audio.

The channel is designed for toddlers and young children, with gentle, colourful shows that teach counting, words, problem-solving and kindness. Over the years it has featured international favourites such as Dora the Explorer, Bubble Guppies and Peppa Pig. Episodes are short and calm, which many parents prefer for little ones over louder action cartoons. The friendly songs and repeated phrases also help toddlers build early vocabulary.

Other preschool-friendly picks include Disney Junior and HooplaKidz TV. Once children grow a little older, Nick Hindi is the natural next step.

Watch Nickelodeon Jr. live online on NoWireTV and give your little ones safe, cheerful preschool shows. It plays on the NoWireTV website, the NoWireTV Android app and on Android TV and Fire TV devices.
