Chintu TV

Chintu TV is the Kannada kids' channel of Chennai-based Sun TV Network. It went on air in April 2009 as the network's first children's channel for Karnataka, and it is aimed at children roughly between three and fourteen years old, all in Kannada.

The channel is built around animated series, most of them international cartoons dubbed into Kannada, along with kids' films and holiday specials. Comedy and adventure cartoons fill most of the day, so younger children get familiar characters speaking their own language rather than English or Hindi. For Kannada-speaking families living outside Karnataka, it is also a simple way to keep the language alive at home through shows children actually enjoy.

Chintu TV has sister channels in other South Indian languages, such as Chutti TV in Tamil and Kushi TV in Telugu. For more Kannada cartoons, try Pogo Kannada or Cartoon Network Kannada.

Watch Chintu TV live online on NoWireTV and give your kids Kannada cartoons wherever you are. It plays on the NoWireTV website, the NoWireTV Android app and on Android TV and Fire TV devices, so the big screen in the living room works just as well as a phone.
